What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our prices are fair and typically will be cheaper then most other junk removal companies. We charge by truck/trailer space and per load, unlike most other junk removal companies who charge per pound. This helps save money for our customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We ask customers to send us a picture of their junk, we will respond with a rough price estimate. If the estimate works we will set up a date to come complete the job. Once the job is completed and you’re satisfied you will pay the agreed upon amount.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been working in the construction/remodeling field for the past 15 years. Safety is always a top priority for us. We recycle everything possible to help keep our world green! Donation is always a option while working with us.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We have done countless construction/remodeling jobs over the years. Looking to expand and grow we started Show us your junk!

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all sorts of customers. Commercial stores, realtors, investors, homeowners, retirement homes, hoarder houses, full property clearing, land clearing and much more. Over 2000 customers served in two years Never once have I regretted taking on a job because of a customers needs.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We demolished and removed two sheds in this lovely couples back yard. Had both of them down and cleaned up in less then a day. Two sheds for the price of one! Customer service is always a top priority for us.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Choose a company who strives to leave you with the best final product. For us this is making sure we leave no trace of any garbage or rubbish left behind. We take a huge amount of pride in being professional. We’re fully insured, have workman’s compensation and follow all Department of transportation regulations and rules. We don’t cut any corners.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

To us this question is very simple. It comes back to always being fast friendly and fair! We regularly are ahead of schedule and try our hardest to show up on time and get the job done quickly! We show up in uniform and a company truck following all DOT regulations. Being professional is what aim for. Trust and believe you will be treated like royalty.
